A few things that have eased my worries about my postpartum baby bump has taking significantly longer to disappear, have been chic work out wear (with lots of lycra!) and a one on one work out with my friend and health guru Melissa Wood-Tepperberg. I’ve never been one to suck down lots of green juices, and definitely have never had super long lean lines… I mean I’m 5’4” so I can only get so long. But Melissa’s energy is infectious and so are her workouts so it seemed like the perfect idea to get together, catch up, laugh at my inability to get on board with inhaling Vegan Cheese with Meliss and her side kick Dylan (sorry guys I need the real stuff),…… and yes doing a flow together.
